Harry Kewell, Steve Finnan, Anthony Le Tallec and Florent Sinama Pongolle will play at Anfield in a Liverpool shirt for the first time this afternoon when the Reds take on Spanish giants, Valencia.

Vladimir Smicer is also set to play, after recovering from an injury picked up in the Galatasaray game last weekend, while Salif Diao could also play a part after returning to full training following a brief absence through injury.

Liverpool will be hoping to finish their pre-season campaign with a win in front of the Anfield crowd, which would mean an improvement on the result the last time the two sides met, with Valencia winning that game by a single goal.
