29.12.2002 - Liverpool v Arsenal: Team News

Bruno Cheyrou is included in the Liverpool line up for the first time since he picked up an injury in the recent trip to Vitesse Arnhem in the UEFA Cup.

With Emile Heskey ruled out, Milan Baros is back in the side, partnering Michael Owen up front, while Neil Mellor is on the subs bench for the first time in a Premier League game. The full starting line up is as follows:

Kirkland, Carragher, Hyypia, Henchoz, Riise, Murphy, Gerrard, Diao, Cheyrou, Owen, Baros.

Liverpool have won 5 of their 10 Premiership games at Highbury, though have not won at the ground in any of their last 3 attempts in all competitions, and with Arsenal's home record this season of 9 wins from 10 league games, this afternoon's match could prove to be Liverpool's toughest league match of the season so far, though one which they simply must get something out of.

A report will be added later this evening.
