Germany made it through to the final of the World Cup after yet another 1-0 victory, this time over co-hosts, South Korea.

Dietmar Hamann recovered from his injury in time to make the starting line up, and the Liverpool midfielder was outstanding for his country, playing the same role which he has performed so well with Liverpool over the past couple of years.

Germany will now face Brazil or Turkey in the final which takes place on Sunday, while South Korea will face to losers of that match.
